We do not accept cancellations once orders are placed.

If you need any changes in design or size, you can get in touch with us within 4 hours of placing the order via email at feedback@silverlinen.in or through the Whasattp chat button on the website. 

We don't accept returns or exchanges

Returns and exchange details

We make our personalized items with the details you provide in the Personalization Text Box/Drop Down Menu. Please double check that the information you enter is accurate before submitting your order. Unless the error is from our end, we do not provide refunds or replacements.
